RETURN RULES

Return and exchange of goods.
1.1. Defects in sold goods are removed, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
1.2 If the buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or collection of the purchased product, the cost of returning the product to the seller is borne by the buyer.
1.3. In order to return the item(s) based on Rule 8.1. point, the Buyer can do this within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller using the means of communication specified in the contact section, by filling out and sending a properly completed Sample contract withdrawal form (approved by the Ministry of Justice) https://www.e-tar .lt/portal/lt/legalAct/dad7f330d05511e3a8ded1a0f5aff0a9
1.4. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
1.4.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
1.4.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
1.4.3. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
1.4.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
1.4.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

1.5. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 8.3. the procedures for returning goods are established in the article.
1.6. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar, suitable products.
1.7. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery. The delivery price is determined according to the rates of the Venipak courier service valid for that day, but not less than 5 Eur per package. Also, 2% of the product amount is deducted for accepting the payment order and returning the money to the customer's account.
1.8 When returning the product, the buyer pays for the delivery services - at the rates set by the courier service.

1.9 Non-returnable and non-returnable goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (baby clothes, bedding, mattresses, pillows, diapers, bed covers, night pots, bathtubs, dishes, hygiene products).
